Ingredients

  • 1 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup Strawberries
  • ½ cup Blackberries
  • ½ cup Spinach
  • ½ cup pomegranate juice (or tart cherry juice if you like your smoothies a little tart!)
  • ½ Avocado

Instructions

  1. Blend all of the ingredients above together and enjoy!
