Day 1: A Simple Snack

Today we’re putting down the bag of chips and picking up a bag of dried blueberries! Blueberries have one of the highest levels of antioxidants, which help protect your body against aging and diseases like cancer! These plump and delicious berries are their own healthy snack.   • 1 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup Strawberries
  • ½ cup Blackberries
  • ½ cup Spinach
  • ½ cup pomegranate juice (or tart cherry juice if you like your smoothies a little tart!)
  • ½ Avocado

Day 5: Fresh Blueberry Pancakes

Nothing like waking up to the smell of hot blueberry pancakes on a Sunday morning! This simple, delicious recipe is the perfect blend of salty and sweet batter with a burst of fresh blueberries in every bite.


  • 1 cup flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries


Mix the flour, salt, sugar, baking powder together.

Add oil, milk, eggs and mix together until batter is smooth. Gently stir in the blueberries. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar and fresh blueberries for garnish!
