We adhere to the strictest guidelines for quality and food safety, which includes constant monitoring and testing of our products during every stage of processing.
Drying
We begin the drying process with a natural, slow sugar infusion to give dried cherries, blueberries and cranberries the perfect level of sweetness. At our Michigan location, the infused fruit moves to a continuous dryer where a carefully determined amount of moisture is removed. Our New York facility uses batch drying to extract the appropriate amount of moisture from the infused fruit. Our apples are produced without any added sweeteners on a continuous drier.
