| Sweetened dried diced cranberries are produced by infusing sliced frozen cranberries in a sugar solution until a specified Brix level is reached. The sweetened cranberries are dried to the specified moisture level, sprayed lightly with sunflower oil, inspected, diced, and packaged. |
