| An excellent source of fuel energy, Shoreline Fruit’s premium cherry pits are made from the pits of 100% Michigan cherries, stockpiled during the July harvest season. Our pits are dried, bagged, palletized, or stored for bulk purchase. The fuel energy value of dried cherry pits is 9523 BTUs/pound, surpassing that of dried shelled corn (8500 BTUs/pound) or dried wood pellets (8000 BTUs/pound). |
