Dried Cherries Jubilee
(Montmorency, Balaton and light sweet) |
| Cherries Jubilee is produced by combining our own sweetened dried tart Montmorency, Balaton, and dried light sweet cherries. The fruits are infused in a sugar solution in separate batches until a specified Brix level is reached. They are then dried to the specified moisture level, mixed together, lightly sprayed with sunflower oil, inspected, and packaged. |
